Refund policy 

All orders are custom-made specifically for each customer, even those placed through our website.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once they are confirmed.

If the order arrives and there is any issue, please contact us and we will send a replacement.

In case of delivery delay, a refund can be issued if the order exceeds 10 days.
