We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days whenever possible.

Delivery may normally take 5–7 business days, depending on location and shipping conditions.

Custom orders require additional preparation time and may take 5–10 business days.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, delivery timing becomes the courier’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any delays caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
